We do not accept verbal promises or basic landing page promotional copy. Manufacturers seeking placement in our Confirmed Safe Directory must provide physical evidence for all five safety pillars:
Zero Fiberglass Core
100% free of any woven, non-woven, knitted, or blended fiberglass sock fire retardants inside the entire core casing.
No Glass Filaments / Silicates
Complete exclusion of silica-blended modacrylic fibers, basalt fibers, or glass wool in any barrier cover layers.
Verified Safe Alternative Materials
Submission of active GOTS paperwork, OR proof of safe synthetic/regenerated barrier utilization (e.g., clean PLA, pure Rayon, plant thistle) to ensure affordable but safe materials.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Verification that all covers, foams, and spring boundaries are fully certified free from heavy toxic chemicals, antimony trioxide, or halogens.
Corporate Verification
Submission of official Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheets (SDS) disclosing flame-retardant chemistry, plus Mandatory Law Label Verification (high-resolution photo of the physical "Do Not Remove" Law Tag).
Signed Letter of Guarantee
A legally binding letter on company letterhead confirming absolute zero percent usage of fiberglass, core-spun glass, silica-blended modacrylics, or basalt fibers.
Supply Chain Transparency
Disclosure of the specific FR Textile Mill or supplier providing the fire barrier.
